Free Shipping Policy
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
Please keep in mind, some items may be shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately (within one week) at [email protected] with details/photos of the product and the defect.
We will fully examine the photos and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product (Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost) or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Buyer no longer wants the items – Buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
- Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else – Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Our specialty if providing our customers with the best price possible. We work on very small profile margins to keep costs down for our customers. When products are needlessly returned the end result is higher prices for all. Thank you for your understanding.

Our average delivery time is 10-15 days. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
What if you have entered the wrong Shipping Address?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we may be able to take change it. However, we can’t promise anything as all of our products are typically processed immediately after you order and ship the same day. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to change it.
